OverJam diary day 3 - Throwback to the festival days

 Day three of festival got everybody really in the mood. After the first days worming up, by day 3 the Vibez were flying high and everybody was already family, in, out and around stage. People working together, living together, having fun together, with one aim: spread love and positivity. This is what I always loved of festivals. This is what our crew has found multiplied infinite times in OverJam festival.



As usual, first thing in the morning, the OverJam Radio crew (Reggae Nord and our friends Roots in Session/Riddim Operator ) gathered on the beach stage to set  everything up for the daily broadcasting, so that everybody around the world could be there with us, enjoying the festival.

Then our lovely guests for the day, a very very rich day indeed !

And the daily meeting with I-Renzo and his Rasta Pills, such a wonderful moment of reflection and reasoning lead by a wonderfully good hearted Rastafari brother and truly gifted writer.

And while we were busy on the stage, in the beach so many things happened all the time

And as everyday, to close the broadcasting in great style, the daily OverJam University panel, lead by the wonderful Angus Taylor, great mind, incredible knowledge, huge heart !

As everyday, after the University the Beach Stage and the live broadcasting was off, but it's time for the Maver stage to lit up and spread music, love and unity until the wee hours for the whole OverJam family.

Mellow Mood Interview

 And here something really special, the interview we did to Mellow Mood at OverJam Festival . Enjoy!     Q- Looking back, how do you feel about all you accomplished ?   Old ! Well, maybe not old but tired, terribly tired ! Q- Come on ! We just saw you on stage, you got so much energy !   Yes ! When we are on stage, but before and after ... (laughs) Seriously, I feel incredibly lucky. I made a reality of my dream, and when your dream become your job, it's not a job anymore. We are really blessed. OverJam Diary : THE FINAL DAY (throwback to festival days)

 The last day of festival it is always hard, emotionally, mentally and practically. We also had to face some extra challenges beyond our control, but as it happens everytime, all was faced with a positive and proactive spirit of collaboration, in friendship, in love, in unity, demonstrating that 'One love, One life, One aim ' ae not only nice but empty words, but something we lived by. Puoring rain was already falling early in the morning when we gathered on the beach stage to set up the radio broadcasting for the day. So we quickly menaged to move the stage indoor, of course easy to say but hard to do. None the less, in a short time everything was set in the Tropikana\Jamming stage and we were ready to broadcast as usual. Later on, unfortunately, Collie Buddz had to cancel first the University Panel and then the concert itself due to a sudden sickness.
